REVIEW – Burn Bright by Krista & Becca Ritchie – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Absolutely fantastic…
I’ve been following the journey of this massive family since the very beginning when the Core 6 was formed. I was so excited to see the Cobalt’s were getting their series next. And this first book in the new series did not disappoint.
Ben and Harriet’s story was so absolutely fantastic. These two couldn’t be more opposite but were definitely meant to be. Their friends to lovers journey was perfect and cute. And just like with all the other books in this world, it hit on all the levels. There was so much love and loyalty, support and friendship, the just right amount of romantic and steamy balance. This book had me laughing, swooning, crying, and craving more. I just know this series is going to be so great. I could easily turn around and read this again right away.
REVIEW – Dirty Little Psycho by Samantha Barrett – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Naughty Fun in the Asylum…
Karley finds herself locked into the asylum meant to house the worst of the worst. And when the doors open at midnight, the masks are put on and the hunt begins. But not everything is as it seems with so many secrets and lies thrown into the mix.
If you’re in the mood for a new quick, spicy, dark, taboo, and twisty romance with three masked men who rule the asylum, then this might need to be your next read. This one’s not looking to be all serious but it’s certainly taking care of some type of business.
REVIEW – Havoc by Eva Simmons – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Second Chance MC Romance…
I’ve discovered that second chance is one of my favorite tropes lately. This was such a great second chance story right alongside opposites attract. Levi (Havoc) and Aimee were from two completely different worlds but at the same time were so meant-to-be. Teenage love then torn apart. Secrets and betrayals. Then crazy circumstances brought them back together for a second chance at their love story. These two and their twisting journey was great.
REVIEW – Realm of Crows by Angelina J Steffort – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 🔥🔥🔥
Epic series finale…
These characters have been through so much and have overcome so much throughout the journey of this series. This fifth and final book in their tale was full of epic battles, loyalty, growth, love, and family. There’s no way I could have predicted how this story would end. This story was intense and so good. What a way to end a series!
REVIEW – Submitting to Daddy by JL Quick – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Mixing Business and Pleasure…
In the first book of this series we got to see the start of how these three mafia families joined forces. Now they’ve fully stepped into their roles as Kings ruling over the dark side of New York. But Madison becomes the distraction Cillian never saw coming. She’s a dancer at their new club and he can’t get her out of his head. She should be staying far away from him but can’t help being drawn in.
Their chemistry is instant and intense. His life is dark and dangerous and she is hiding something that could change everything for this found family. He definitely falls first and falls hard. He’s ready to take on anything and everything to protect her, take care of her, and keep her. Great read!
REVIEW – Sweetest Sin by Nikki Ash – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Lightly dark, secret baby, mafia romance…
This one checked so many boxes: meet cute, dark but not too dark, sweet, romantic, steamy, possessive MMC, secret baby, found family, second chance. Seriously I could go on and on.
You can always count on Nikki to give us a sweet and cute love story to swoon over. And I was excited to hear about this being the start of her first dark romance story. She did not disappoint. It had it all. I really loved Dominick and Peyton’s story. From beginning to end, you just felt like these two should be together. I can’t wait to see where this series takes us next.
REVIEW – The Diamond’s Consort by Elle Parker – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Oh how the plot thickens…
In this third installment of the series, Quinn is continuing through the next phase of the twisted and oh so mystery Quest of Camelot Court. Her relationship will all three (Kingston, Landon, and Max Dread) continues to grow and deepen. And the relationships between the guys are evolving too. They are surrounded by secrets upon secrets. It seems as though a new mystery unfolds just they start to untangle another one. The dynamic between them all is changing. But everyone still has secrets and plans they’re holding on to. Nothing is as it seems. And even though some of Landon’s memories are starting to come back not everything about the past is clear.
This was another great part of their journey. Plenty of twists and turns, mysteries and secrets, romantic and steamy moments, plus danger and a new cliffhanger. I can’t wait for the next one.
