TUTORIAL // From Screen Recording to Video – Part 1 / January 20, 2026
Sometime near the end of the year I got a request during a Patreon livestream. Someone wanted to know how I turn my iPad screen recordings into plan with me videos. So for today’s tutorial I’m breaking down that process. We’ll look at creating the video background and thumbnail graphic, editing a screen recording, and pulling it all together for a finalized video.
This is just part one. Next week we’ll take a look at using the same edited screen recording to create a fun time lapse video to share or social media. So don’t forget to come back for that.
