Custom Order – Decor & Accessories Kit

**PLEASE NOTE: Discount codes will not work for custom orders. However, store credit and digital store gift cards can be applied to these planners.

Please keep in mind that your order covered the base price for a custom kit. Most kits fit within the parameters of the base price. The typical kit includes 20 standard basic items but we don’t have to stop at that if you want a larger kit. If you have an extensive list of customizations or need something more complicated, additional payment may be required. If that’s the case, I’ll discuss that with you during the concept and/or design phases so everything is clear and approved up front.

Work with me to design the ideal decor and accessory for you and your planning style. We’re starting with a wide selection of items to choose from. You’ll fill out a form with all the questions we’ll need to nail down the specific design details for your ideal kit.

Once you have confirmed the details, the work on designing your new custom kit can begin. Then you can expect a mockup of all your selections for your approval. Your order comes with one single allowed revision once a mockup design has been created. If additional change orders are needed, there may be an additional charge. Once the design is approved the finalized creation process will begin. When your custom ordered kit is ready you’ll receive a message with the finalized design attached or a Dropbox link (depending on size and preference).

You’ll even get the option to add on more matching accessories, decor, stickers, etc. Additional charges will be applied.

Please remember that this is a custom order of a digital product so all sales are final and no refunds can be given. I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations with the expectation of a refund. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Please be aware that the final product is for you and you alone but that does not mean it won’t also end up in the shop in some form. If a version of a previously custom design does go to the shop, please be aware that the price may differ from your custom pricing. Custom ordering affords you as the customer with special privileges when it comes to the process and my design schedule but does not grant you the customer with intellectual property ownership of the design I’ve created.
